- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Bed Pillows (for health protection reasons)
- Bath Towels (once packaging is opened)

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs
- Free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Customer-paid returns for change of mind – original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International returns – customer responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
